At Underground Golf Club, we believe great food is just as important as great service. Our pizzas are a key part of the guest experience, and we're looking for a passionate and organised Pizzaiolo to join our team in Stavanger.

Underground Golf Club is a unique hospitality concept combining handcrafted pizzas, premium cocktails, and indoor mini golf -- all under one roof.

Following the success of our venues in Oslo, Drammen, and Gothenburg, we're now expanding to Stavanger, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen where teamwork, quality, and preparation are everything.

About the Role

As a Pizzaiolo, your responsibility goes far beyond making great pizzas.

You are responsible for ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly throughout the entire shift. Through careful planning, organisation, and preparation, you'll create the conditions for fast service without ever compromising on quality.

Success in this role is all about logistics. Knowing what needs to be prepared before service begins, communicating with your colleagues, and always staying one step ahead.

We are looking for someone who enjoys structure, works efficiently under pressure, and takes pride in delivering the same high standard on every single pizza.

Experience as a pizzaiolo is an advantage, but attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
