Arbeidsoppgaver

As an employee at Underground Golf, no two days are exactly the same. We have several different positions within the venue, and all team members are trained across multiple areas of the operation.

Your daily tasks may vary depending on the shift, how busy we are, and where you are needed most. You may work with guest service, reception, mini golf, food and drink service, the bar, or help keep the venue clean, organized, and ready for our guests.

We believe that all positions are connected and that great teamwork is the key to creating the best possible experience. Everyone is expected to help where needed, communicate well with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and energetic working environment.

For us, great service is about more than simply doing your assigned tasks. We want our team to be attentive, take initiative, and always look for opportunities to do that little bit extra -- both for our guests and for each other.

This means the role is varied, social, and fast-paced. We are looking for people who enjoy working with others, are flexible, take responsibility, and are willing to learn different parts of the business.
