Hva vi ser etter

• Experienced waiter over 21 years of age with a strong commitment to top-tier hospitality.
• Good knowledge of East Asian food culture, menus, and ingredients.
• Solid understanding of food allergens and safe handling for guest safety.
• Knowledge of or interest in Asian beverages (such as beer, sake, tea, and specialty drinks).
• Responsible, flexible, and capable of maintaining an overview in a fast-paced environment.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, and operating the cash register and payment systems.
• Ensuring that the restaurant and dining area always appear clean, tidy, and inviting to guests.
• Contributing to smooth cooperation between the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure fast and efficient workflow.
• Guiding guests through the menu and driving upselling.
