EXPERIENCED CHEFS WANTED AT RESTAURANT VICTOR

Restaurant VICTOR in Tønsberg is looking for experienced chefs for full time positions starting in September 2026.

We are looking for skilled chefs who work in a structured manner and maintain high standards during busy periods. You must be able to take responsibility for your own section, mise en place, preparation and handling of ingredients, cleaning, and the smooth running of service.

VICTOR is a modern restaurant located on the waterfront in Tønsberg. Our menu is based on high quality ingredients, seasonal produce, seafood, and dishes prepared on our charcoal grill fired with wood. We make our food from scratch and are looking for chefs who care about flavour, craftsmanship, and consistent quality.

We are looking for someone who:

Has relevant experience from a professional restaurant kitchen

Ideally holds a culinary qualification, although solid experience may compensate for a lack of formal training

Works quickly, cleanly, and accurately

Takes responsibility and sees what needs to be done

Remains calm and works well with others during busy service

Can communicate in Norwegian, another Scandinavian language, or English

Is available to work daytime, evenings, and weekends

At VICTOR, you will work in an ambitious kitchen with plenty of variety throughout the year. We offer à la carte dining, functions, events, private dinners, and a very busy summer season.
