F&B Operations Manager

At Nesfjellet, we create memorable moments — on the slopes, in the ski resort, on the golf course, and around our tables. We are now looking for an F&B Operations Manager who wants to play a key role in the experiences we create for our guests all year round.

Arbeidsoppgaver

As F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our food and beverage venues. You ensure quality, smooth operations, and warm hospitality - even during busy periods. The role is highly operational and works closely with the Commercial Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations with clear routines and high standards of quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and operational systems.
• Be visible in the operation and meet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage inventory, train seasonal staff, and coordinate events.
• Contribute to menu and concept development.
• Take an active role in the daily operation - this is a hands-on position where we succeed as one team.
