Global Services Manager

As we continue strengthening our global Aftermarket organization, we are looking for a Global Service Manager who will play a key role in ensuring efficient global service delivery, strong operational performance, and continuous development of our global service organization. If you are motivated by leading global teams, developing service strategies and partner networks, and creating value for customers, you may be the next key contributor to our team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global service organization and Service Engineer teams across Norway, Poland and Vietnam
• Drive global service strategy and develop the organization, capacity and capabilities required for future growth
• Ensure effective global capacity planning, resource utilization and high-quality service delivery
• Develop and standardize global service processes, planning tools, KPIs and ways of working
• Build and develop the global service partner network, including partner strategy, agreements and performance follow-up
• Manage service budgets, cost efficiency and operational performance while ensuring high standards for quality, HSE and compliance

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education within engineering, technology, maritime disciplines, business or management; relevant experience may compensate for formal education
• Leadership experience from service, field operations, technical operations or a similar international environment
• Preferred experience with resource and capacity planning in a project- or service-driven organization
• Experience developing processes, KPIs and structured ways of working; experience with international service partners is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally
