Om stillingen

About Us

At No Isolation, our mission is simple: we help educators bring learning and belonging to every child. We believe no student should be left behind due to school absence, whether it is a short-term hurdle or an extended period away. We created the AV1 robot to act as the eyes, ears, and voice for children who cannot physically be in the classroom.

Already used in 19 countries, the AV1 robot bridges the gap between students and their peers, bringing them back into everyday school life and restoring both educational continuity and the essential sense of social belonging.

The Role: Customer Success Manager

You already know the profound difference a dedicated educator makes in a student's life. What if you could take that expertise and scale your impact, ensuring that every absent student across Norway continues to learn, participate, and thrive alongside their classmates?

Norway is where our story began and remains the heart of our global mission. As our home market, we have built deeply trusted roots here, establishing a solution that Norwegian educators already rely on every single day. Now, we are looking for an education professional to act as our pedagogical bridge and expand this foundation.

You will be an active ambassador of our mission, traveling across the country to meet school leaders and teachers exactly where they are. If you are ready to channel your deep understanding of the school system into a role where you guide, empower, and support educators at scale, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful, nationwide impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trust with schools and kommuner across the country: Join our Account Manager in meetings with school leaders and municipal decision-makers. You will show them we understand their world, establishing us as a dedicated pedagogical partner from day one
  • Guide the classroom integration: Train teachers and administrators on using AV1, ensuring the technology becomes a natural, seamless part of their daily classroom dynamic
  • Expand the impact: Stay close to schools and inclusion advisors to understand their needs. You will spot opportunities for local municipalities to help even more students by expanding their use of AV1
  • Be the go-to educational expert: Answer questions about privacy, classroom dynamics, and social inclusion with the genuine empathy and credibility of a fellow educator
  • Offer reliable daily support: Handle incoming questions quickly and kindly. You will ensure teachers feel completely supported, answering their pedagogical questions and smoothly passing complex technical issues to our IT team

What You Bring

  • Pedagogical DNA: You have a professional background in education (e.g., as a teacher, special education pedagogue, or school leader). You possess deep understanding for the classroom environment and can credibly address the concerns of teachers because you speak their language
  • System knowledge: You understand how the Norwegian school system operates (e.g., Kommuner, fylkeskommuner, Utdanningsdirektoratet) and you can navigate public sector environments with confidence
  • An eye for growth: You know that helping more children requires scale. You actively spot opportunities to expand our presence in municipalities and comfortably nurture those conversations
  • Communication and presence: You can confidently present to a council of school leaders just as easily as you can train a room full of teachers. You are fluent in Norwegian and have professional fluency in English

What We Offer

  • A purpose-led culture: We are deeply committed to our mission. We set high standards and we support each other with genuine care. You will join a purpose-led team that gives you the space to do your best work
  • A team of education experts: You will report to our Director of Customer Success, an experienced school leader, and be part of a highly experienced Customer Success team with deep educational backgrounds. You will work closely with colleagues in our Oslo, Munich, and London offices, and collaborate with a strong network across Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Resources to succeed: We equip you to succeed. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring you have the materials and support needed to help schools thrive
  • Endless growth opportunities in a scaling company: As a scale-up, we are continuously evolving. This gives you the opportunity to take on new challenges, grow your role, and make a real impact as we expand

Ultimately, you will be helping children who cannot attend school for various reasons stay connected to their education and their friends. This is more than just a job. It is a chance to:

✅ Make a tangible impact on children’s lives ✅ Contribute to a mission that tackles loneliness and exclusion head-on ✅ Join a company where your work is valued, your voice matters, and your wellbeing is prioritized

And yes, when you’re in the office, there is always free-flowing coffee and tea waiting for you in our fully equipped kitchen ☕️🫖

Location

This position is remote and covers Norway, but you need to be residing in or around Oslo. You will report to our Director of Customer Success and work closely with cross-functional teams in Oslo, London and Munich.

You’ll travel frequently across Norway to meet stakeholders and build in-person relationships. Our Oslo office is available for in-person collaboration when desired.

How to Apply

Please click Apply and upload your CV and a short cover letter in English outlining your motivation.

If you want to continue serving the education sector in a new capacity - one where your insight empowers schools to embrace true inclusion - this is your opportunity to lead, and we’d love to hear from you.
