Responsibilities:

• Apply process dynamics competence in the design, implementation, commissioning, and service of control systems for oil & gas production systems
• Improve the efficiency and quality of our work processes
• Provide technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities
• PLC programming & HMI design
• Establish system design, implement and document the solutions according to customer’s requirements
• Provide technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities
• Technical leadership for experienced applicants
• Engineering of automation solutions for offshore and land based industry projects on ABB control systems 800xA
• Participate in installation and commissioning
• Install and setup of IT-infrastructure for automation systems

For experienced applicants:

• Technical leadership
• Technical sales support

Your background:

• Minimum 4 years of experience related experience
• Experience with Advant or project work on Gullfaks
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and/or a technical vocational diploma in automation or a related field
• Ability to identify simple and practical solutions to complex problems
