About the position

We're looking for an experienced Brand Specialist to execute on existing brand strategy across all channels.

This role expertly oversees and applies the brand’s approved assets and guidelines to ensure flawless, consistent implementation. This role requires deep hands-on design experience in production, workflows, vendor coordination, digital channels, and quality control, but also speed and flexibility in hands-on production of varied collateral.

What you'll do

• Produce marketing, communication, or other relevant collateral according to brand guidelines

• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

• Manage the production workflow for all marketing collateral, coordinating vendors and internal teams

• Overview and maintain asset management

• Educate and advocate for brand values

• Maintain fast turn-around times while ensuring high-quality output

Ownership

• Be accountable for the quality and timely delivery of branded collateral

• Implement design best practices across team members, vendors, and consultants

• Ensure design outcomes meet brand guidelines and quality standards

• Take responsibility for personal growth, goal setting, and skill development

Talent

• Continuously improve production-grade personal design skills and stay current with industry trends, standards, and the latest production tools

• Show curiosity and adaptability, learning new production techniques and workflow optimisation

• Foster a collaborative work environment with open communication and strong team spirit across business lines

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant professional experience

• 5+ years of hands-on design experience with a proven track record of delivering brand collateral

• Strong verbal and written English

• Broad proficiency in design methods and execution, with a particular focus on branding for both static and motion assets, digital channels, and product implications

• Portfolio that demonstrates a relevant range of design skills and experience in brand design delivered for global digital products

• Experience adapting brand systems for global audiences, as well as designing for accessibility

• Proven ability to work with cross‑disciplinary stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing, legal) and to manage vendor relationships, ensuring assets are produced on schedule and to specification

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (still and motion), Frontify, etc.
