We are seeking dedicatedGuides to lead our Northern Lights tours in Tromsø for the 2026/2027 winter season (September 2026 to March 2027). This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the most stunning natural settings in the world while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Right now we are looking for a worker to help us during the day and also are able to take guided shift as well.

Your Responsibilities:
Help with administrative and logistical work.
Share knowledge about the Aurora Borealis, local history, and Arctic nature
Ensure guests' comfort and safety throughout the tour
Assist guests with photography and provide tips for capturing stunning images
Monitor weather conditions and Aurora forecasts to maximize tour success
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality experiences
Maintain vehicles and equipment in excellent condition
Who We Are Looking For:
Strong Social & Communication Skills -- Confident in storytelling, leading groups, and engaging with guests
Fluent English -- Additional languages are a plus
Work schedule -- We work afternoon/nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays
Professionalism & Responsibility -- Represent our company with pride, respect, and integrity
