• Conduct daily mise en place for lunches, conference dinners, and event catering

• Adhere to guidelines within our culinary concept and ensure quality
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage, and back areas
• Foster good collaboration between the kitchen, service, bar, and other departments
