Evaluation is based on the Supplier’s solution description (Appendix 2 Solution description) The description should be concise and clear, and must not exceed 15 A4 pages per book format. If the Supplier submits an offer for both print and electronic formats, the total page limit is 30 A4 pages. In addition to required description the University of Oslo requires Access to platforms to verify and corroborate our understanding of the platform functionality.
