Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå rammeavtale for formidling av vikar helsefagarbeidere.Målsetningen er å ha en tilstrekkelig dekning gjennom rammeavtalene til å ivareta det løpende behovet kommunene har for tjenestene i forbindelse med ferieavvikling, sykmeldinger, og øvrig udekket behov for helsepersonell i perioder.Oppdragsgiver tar forbehold om at inntil 20% av kontraktsverdien vil kunne benyttes for å ved opprettelse av DPS for ressurser som ikke er del av formidlingbyrå. Dette er for å sikre leveransen av tjenestene på best mulig måte for kommunene.
