    Det skal anskaffes nytt nettinformasjonssystem, samt drift og vedlikehold av dette. For oppdraget skal det inngås kontrakt med én og samme leverandør for hvert av de tre selskapene som står som oppdragsgiver i denne konkurransen. Kontrakten har en varighet på 48 mnd, men forlenges dersom oppdragsgiver ikke sier den opp med tre måneders varsel. Kontrakten blir da tidsubestemt og løper til den blir sagt opp, innenfor anskaffelsesregelverkets rammer hva gjelder varighet.
