Denne anskaffelsen utlyses som en hasteprosedyre, dvs. tilbudsfrist er kortere enn minimumsfrist for åpen anbudskonkurranse, jf. FOA § 20-2 tredje ledd. Brøyting er en samfunnskritisk oppgave og Bardu kommune må ha avtaler på plass før snøfall reduserer framkommelighet på kommunale veier.
