Det ble gjennomført en åpen anbudskonkurranse for anskaffelse av ny mobil havnekran med tilbudsfrist 12.12.2022. Alle mottatte tilbud hadde vesentlige avvik fra anskaffelsesdokumentene. Tilbudene ble avvist og konkurransen avlyst. Det ble gjennomført en ny konkurranse med forhandling uten forutgående kunngjøring for ny mobil havnekran hvor tilbyderne fra den første konkurransen ble invitert, jf. forsyningsforskriften § 9-2 a).
