    Rammeavtalen skal dekke innkjøpssamarbeidets (Kundens) behov for innleie av helsevikarer, herunder hovedsakelig helsevikarer som er: - Sykepleiere - Vernepleiere, hjelpepleiere, helsefagarbeidere og helsesykepleiere - Andre helsevikarer som blir etterspurt innenfor rammeavtalens omfang Vikartjenestene skal dekke Kundens ekstraordinære behov der Kunden selv ikke klarer å dekke opp med egne helsevikarer/ansatte i kommunen. Kunden kan ha behov både for kort- og langtidsinnleie av helsevikarer. Kunden vil ha behov for innleie av helsevikarer tilknyttet sykehjem, hjemmetjeneste, helse- og velferdssentre og øvrige helse-, miljø- og omsorgstjenester.
