Oppdragsgiver skal inngå inntil 6 parallelle rammeavtaler for grunnarbeider. Rammeavtalen gjelder grunnarbeider i forbindelse med planlagte utendørs vedlikeholdsarbeider og mindre rehabiliteringsprosjekter som oppdragsgiver gjennomfører mens eiendommen er i drift, samt akutte utbedringsarbeider, som også innebefatter en 24 timers vaktordning. Størrelsen på det enkelte oppdrag vil typisk variere fra noen få timer per oppdrag opp mot 1 500 000 kroner, men kan også unntaksvis være høyere enn dette. I gjennomsnitt vil oppdragene som hovedregel trolig ligge mellom 100 000 og 500 000 kroner eks mva. Forøvrig vises til konkurransegrunnlag med vedlegg.
