    Description
    Kommunene Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Sel, Skjåk og Vågå har til hensikt å inngå rammeavtale om leasing av nye biler til bruk i kommunene og biladministrasjonstjenester. Drivlinje er hovedsakelig elektrisitet, men vil også kunne omfatte fossil drivlinje. Jf. krav til blant annet offentlig bilhold. Kommunene har delvis gått til anskaffelse av el-biler og elektrisk drivlinje vil foretrekkes der hvor det er mulig. Fossil drivlinje vil kun anskaffes unntaksvis. Leverandøren skal legge ved CO2 utslippstall for eventuelle fossile kjøretøy basert på informasjonen som ligger i Statens vegvesens "Nybilvelger". SVV - Nybilvelger samt tilsvarende utslippstall for relevante alternativer. Dovre, Lesja, Lom og Vågå deltar på avtalen ved kontrakt-signering. Skjåk og Sel skal ha opsjon på å tiltre avtalen.     Kommunene Skjåk og Sel skal ha opsjon på å gå inn i leasing–avtalen. Det skal leveres tilbud på bil-administrasjon som opsjon. Alle kommunene kan innløse opsjonen. Rammeavtalen skal ha varighet på 2 år med opsjon på forlengelse i inntil ytterligere 2 år, totalt 4 år. Se også Konkurransegrunnlaget og Oppdragsgivers kravspesifikasjon.
