    Under dette tildelingskriteriet vurderes lisensportalen som tilbys på rammeavtalen. Kunden skal selv kunne administrere lisenser, blant annet aktivere og deaktivere lisenser gjennom en lisensportal. Tilbyder bes om å beskrive løsningen med tanke på tilgangsstyring (lesetilgang og bestilling) og autokjøp av lisenser via et API. Oppdragsgiver ønsker tilgang til en testbruker eller lignende for demonstrasjon av portalen for egentest.
