Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) har behov for å inngå parallelle rammeavtaler for konsulentbistand til avløpsmodellering. VAV har ansvar for hydraulisk modellering i Oslo kommune og gjennomfører hydraulisk modellering på vann, avløp og overvannsnettet. I tillegg utvikler etaten modeller for byens elver. Det er behov for konsulentbistand til å utvikle avløpsmodellene i samarbeid med VAV.
