Leverandøren skal ha ordnede forhold med hensyn til skatte- og merverdiavgiftsbetaling (ESPD: Del II A.e). Dokumentasjonskrav: Krav til attest for betalt merverdiavgift, skatt og trygdeavgift. Attest utstedt av den kompetente myndighet i medlemslandet, som bekrefter at leverandøren har oppfylt sine forpliktelser med hensyn til betaling av merverdiavgift, skatter og trygdeavgifter i det landet hvor leverandøren/entreprenøren hører hjemme (norsk attest for skatt og MVA er felles og bestilles fra altinn.no, RF-1507, tidligere RF-1244) i samsvar med lovbestemmelsene i landet. Attesten må ikke være eldre enn 6 måneder. I henhold til forskriftens §17-1(4) har ikke oppdragsgiver anledning til å be om attesten dersom han allerede har mottatt den. Dersom du har levert skatteattest til oppdragsgiver og denne fremdeles er gyldig ved tilbudsinnleveringstidspunktet for denne konkurransen, er du ikke forpliktet til å levere attest nå. Description
Krav knyttet til leverandørens økonomiske og finansielle stilling: Det kreves økonomisk kapasitet til å gjennomføre denne kontrakten (ESPD: Del IV B.58-3). Dokumentasjonskrav: Oppdragsgiver vil gjennomføre en vurdering av økonomien gjennom firma- og regnskapsinformasjonssystemet Proff Forvalt (www.forvalt.no). Oppdragsgiver forbeholder seg retten til å innhente supplerende informasjon om tilbyders økonomi. Eventuelt behov for støtte fra andre selskaper for å oppfylle dette kvalifikasjonskravet Dersom leverandøren er avhengig av andre selskaper for å oppfylle dette kvalifikasjonskravet, redegjør for dette nedenfor.
