NTNU Technology Transfer AS har behov for en rammeavtale som skal dekke vårt behov for tjenester innen patentering og IPR-rådgivning. Rammeavtalen vil være parallell med inntil 5 tilbydere, slik at leverandøren som instilles som Nr. 1 kan engasjeres fortløpende og direkte. Dersom Nr. 1 ikke kan ta på seg oppdraget grunnet interessekonflikt, kan Oppdragsgiver velge leverandør nr. 2 osv. I tillegg har Oppdragsgiver rett, men ikke plikt, til å lyse ut minikonkurranse med alle 5 tilbyderne.
