Moldfaret BOF skal være et tilbud for mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsnivå i Arendal kommune. Nytt bygg skal realiseres med de nødvendige funksjonsbehov for beboere besøkende og ansatte. Bygget er tenkt mest mulig miljøvennlig og robust, og vil få eget hageanlegg som må tilpasses Universell Utforming. Bygget vil få utsikt mot Kunstisbanen, Sam Eyde vgs. og Arendal Idrettspark.
